If the participant fails to attend all or any part of the course the full course fees are payable and we do not offer full or partial course date transfers.

CONTRACT OF SALE:

Completion of the booking process and acceptance of our terms and conditions forms your contract with Croft Pottery.

Payment of the full course fees must be made in advance and should be made at the time of placing a booking. It is not possible to attend a course unless payment has been received.

Health & Safety

It is important that everyone respects all Health & Safety regulations, signage, equipment, the building, Croft Pottery Staff, Other class members, and local residents.

Main points:

Croft Pottery cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused through the misuse of the studio or equipment.

If you are unsure of anything regarding Health & Safety please ask your teacher or a member of staff.

Croft Pottery or teachers are not responsible for any damage caused to work and are not responsible for any work, belongings or money going missing or getting stolen.

TECHNICAL ISSUES AND BREAKAGES

Experienced and trained staff only will handle and fire your ceramic work. However, by the nature of ceramics there is always a risk of technical failure for which we cannot be held responsible.

COLLECTION OF WORKS

You will be emailed when your pieces are ready for collection, usually this is within three weeks after the last date of your course, but this can take longer depending on our kiln firing scheduling.

We recommend you collect your finished work as soon as possible once you have received the pickup instructions via email to help keep our storage area clear, therefore avoiding damage.

If finished ceramic work is not collected within 1 month of the pick up email being sent out, we will sadly have to dispose of it due to space issues, this is detailed in the pick up email. Alternatively you can organise for your pots to be sent to you at an additional cost.

DATA PROTECTION

Any personal information you give to us will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will use the information to process your booking, to provide the course and to inform you about similar courses which we provide, unless you tell us that you do not want to receive this information. Any personal data you provide may be held on computer files.
